Dr. Travis Livori
Dr. Travis Livori is the founder and head Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, where he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional care and creating a patient-centred approach to
osteopathic treatment. Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University in 2017, Dr. Livori began his professional
journey in osteopathy in 2018, working at Moonee Valley Osteopathy and Keilor Health Centre before founding Forme in 2021.
Dr. Livori takes a thoughtful and meticulous approach to his work, always prioritising the well-being of his patients. His philosophy centres around taking the time to truly understand each individual’s health concerns, lifestyle goals, and recovery needs. By tailoring his treatments with a broad range of osteopathic techniques, he ensures each
patient receives personalised care designed to address their specific challenges.
With a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, Dr. Livori remains at the forefront of osteopathic practice. His deep expertise and dedication to patient care have made him a respected leader in the field, and his influence can be seen in the training and mentoring of the talented team at Forme.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Livori enjoys unwinding with a round of golf, cheering for his beloved Collingwood Football Club as a proud member of the cheer squad, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr. Livori is fully registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and is an active member of Osteopathy Australia. His unwavering passion for osteopathy and patient care continues to drive the success of Forme Osteopathy.

Dr. Ethan Ellul
Dr. Ethan Ellul is an experienced Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, with a deep passion for improving his patients’ health and well-being. He has been part of the Forme team for over three years, bringing a wealth of experience in sports injury management. Dr. Ethan graduated with a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) and has extensive hands-on experience, having worked as a sports trainer with his local PEGS Football Club and within the NAB League during his studies.
Dr. Ethan is qualified in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping, and undertook additional training with our Head Osteopath, Dr. Travis Livori, throughout 2022. His approach to care combines a variety of manual techniques to address pain and dysfunction, while empowering and educating his patients to manage their recovery and long-term health outside of the consult room.
A strong believer in a holistic, patient-centred approach, Dr. Ethan tailors his treatments to ensure each individual receives the care they need to meet their specific goals. His
dedication to fostering recovery and helping patients maintain active lifestyles has made him a trusted member of the Forme team.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Ethan enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and watching his favourite footy games.

Dr. Eden Cassar
Dr. Eden Cassar is a graduate Osteopath of RMIT University, holding a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Throughout her studies, Eden worked
with her local Keilor Football Club as a sports trainer, where she managed sporting injuries using manual therapy techniques and taping modalities. She is qualified in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping, and has undertaken training with Forme’s Head Osteopath, Dr. Travis Livori, throughout the duration of her final years of study.
Eden’s passion for Osteopathy began at a young age after experiencing a series of sports- related injuries herself. This sparked her desire to assist others with pain management and rehabilitation. At the heart of her practice is empowering patients with the knowledge to understand their injuries and create meaningful, long-term changes in their health.
Since the opening of Forme Osteopathy in 2021, Eden has been an integral part of the team, initially assisting with front-of-house operations before transitioning to a full-time
practicing Osteopath. Her patient-centred approach integrates a variety of manual therapy techniques and personalized rehabilitation planning to optimise pain management and overall well-being.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys staying active by playing sports, going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends. She also cherishes time with her beloved dog, Remi.
Eden is registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and is
a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Dr. Meg O’Callaghan
Dr. Meg O’Callaghan is a highly skilled Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, dedicated to delivering personalised care that supports long-term wellness and pain relief. She
graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University in 2023, further complementing her expertise with a Bachelor of Biomedicine from the same institution.
With a diverse range of qualifications, Dr. Meg is certified in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and has received advanced training under the guidance of our Head Osteopath, Dr. Travis Livori, throughout her final years of study. Additionally, she holds a Certificate IV in Pilates (Reformer and Mat Work) and works as a Pilates Instructor. This unique combination of skills allows her to incorporate movement principles into her treatment plans, helping her patients achieve optimal recovery and maintain functional mobility.
Having been a part of the Forme team since its inception in 2021, Dr. Meg originally supported the clinic’s front-of-house operations before transitioning into her current role as an Osteopath. Her journey with Forme has fostered a deep commitment to the clinic’s holistic philosophy.
Dr. Meg is passionate about helping her patients lead fulfilling, pain-free lives. Her approach to care is centred around a “whole person” perspective, where she works to identify the root causes of discomfort and develops tailored treatment and management
plans that align with each patient’s individual goals. Whether treating musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, or enhancing mobility, Dr. Meg aims to empower her patients to take charge of their health and well-being.

Dr. Ryan Nelson
Dr. Ryan Nelson is a dedicated Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy with a strong passion for sports injuries and rehabilitation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2023, bringing both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to his practice. During his studies, Dr. Ryan gained valuable practical experience as a sports trainer for both the PEGS Football Club and the Western Bulldogs Football Club, as well as completing an internship with Western United Football Club. These experiences have allowed him to deepen his passion for sports and injury
management.
Dr. Ryan is highly skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on sports-related injuries. Having personally overcome an ACL injury, he has a unique understanding of the rehabilitation process and the challenges athletes face when returning to their favourite activities. He combines manual techniques, including Dry
Needling, with targeted rehabilitation exercises to provide holistic care. His approach not only alleviates pain but also supports patients in regaining strength, mobility, and confidence as they return to their active lifestyles.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Ryan is an avid traveller and sports enthusiast. He enjoys exploring the world, following his favourite football team, the Western Bulldogs, and is also passionate about basketball.
