Dr. Travis Livori
Dr. Travis Livori is the founder and head Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, known for his patient-centred approach and dedication to exceptional care. He graduated from RMIT University in 2017 with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) and began his career in 2018 before founding Forme in 2021. Dr. Livori tailors each treatment to individual health goals using a broad range of osteopathic techniques. He is committed to ongoing professional development, mentors his team, and is fully registered with AHPRA and a member of Osteopathy Australia. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, supporting the Collingwood Football Club, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Ethan Ellul
Dr. Ethan Ellul is an experienced Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy with a strong focus on sports injury management and patient well-being. He holds a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) and has worked as a sports trainer with PEGS Football Club and in the NAB League. Dr. Ethan is qualified in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping and received additional training under Dr. Travis Livori in 2022. His holistic, patient-centred approach combines manual techniques with education to support recovery and long-term health. He is fully registered with AHPRA, a member of Osteopathy Australia, and enjoys camping, fishing, and footy outside of work.
Dr. Eden Cassar
Dr. Eden Cassar is a graduate Osteopath from RMIT University, holding a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has hands-on experience as a sports trainer with Keilor Football Club and is qualified in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping, having trained under Dr. Travis Livori during her studies. Eden’s passion for osteopathy stems from her own sports injuries, driving her to help others through pain management and rehabilitation. Since Forme’s opening in 2021, she has been a key part of the team, now practising full-time with a patient-centred approach focused on manual therapy and personalised rehab planning. She is AHPRA registered, a member of Osteopathy Australia, and enjoys sports, gym sessions, and time with her dog Remi.
Dr. Meg O’Callaghan
Dr. Meg O’Callaghan is a dedicated Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, holding degrees in Biomedicine, a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy), and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. She is certified in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and Pilates, allowing her to integrate movement and manual therapy in her treatment plans. Under the mentorship of Dr. Travis Livori, she received advanced training throughout her final years of study. Dr. Meg has been with Forme since 2021, transitioning from front-of-house to her current clinical role, where she embraces a holistic, patient-focused approach. She is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness and functional mobility through personalised care.
Dr. Ryan Nelson
Dr. Ryan Nelson is a passionate Osteopath at Forme Osteopathy, specialising in sports injuries and rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy), with hands-on experience as a sports trainer for PEGS, the Western Bulldogs, and an intern with Western United FC. Having personally recovered from an ACL injury, Dr. Ryan brings empathy and insight to his care, combining manual therapy and targeted rehab exercises to help patients regain strength and mobility. He is skilled in Dry Needling and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a holistic, patient-centred approach. Fully registered with AHPRA, he enjoys travelling, basketball, and supporting the Western Bulldogs in his spare time.
